Booking
A booking is accepted when you receive
written or e-mail confirmation from us with a booking reference.
Please ensure the details are correct and advise us
immediately if there are any errors.
Payment
To secure your booking we require a
deposit of 20% with the balance on departure.
Minimum Stay
We only accept bookings for a Minimum of
2 nights.
Single Occupancy
We can provide a reduction off the "room rate" during High Season
and Friday & Saturday Low Season. During weekdays in the Low
season we can accept a single occupancy with a supplement on the
"per person" rate. See Prices for details.
Pets
Unfortunately due to our own dogs we cannot accept pets in the
house but they are welcome if kept in the owners vehicle.
Children Under 16
Sorry we can not accept children
in the house under the age of 16.
Cancellation
In the event of
cancellation deposits are normally non-refundable.
If you have to cancel less than two weeks prior to your
holiday we will endeavor to re-let the room, but should we be
unable to do so we reserve the right to charge 75% of the entire
reservation.
We strongly recommend that you take out a cancellation
insurance policy against this eventuality.
No-show
In the event of
'No-Show' a cancellation charge of the full price of the entire
reservation will be charged (direct to a credit/debit card where
appropriate).
Arrival
Your room will be
available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Departure
Please vacate your room
by 11.00am on the day of departure to allow us time to make it ready
for the next guests.
Damages
and Breakages
We do
not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests’
personal effects or property whilst staying at Bolehill Farm. We appreciate that even on holiday accidents do
happen and we would request that any breakages or damage in the
room are advised to us so that remedial action can be taken.
Smoking
Please note that 'Smoking'
is not allowed within the house. We reserve the right to seek
compensation (including consequential loss) for any damage and additional
costs of cleaning (such as curtains etc) caused by a guest
'Smoking' within the houses. Consequential costs
may be incurred where it is not possible to remove the smell of
smoke from a room prior to the arrival of the next guest who
subsequently demands compensation from ourselves.

us. If there is any
